William Bolger, is a very polite sir, friendly and restless 62-year old. He´s a cooker. He lives in a beautifull and big house in Maipu´s neighborhood…. 600 meters to Sarmiento´s Park. Good access to Central Area with a variety of transportation. Residential area, quiet and safe.

Availability of 2 bedrooms, one double and one single. Very spacious and comfortable,with closets and good ventilation and lighting. Air conditioning and central heating. Wi Fi Internet throughout the house. Cable TV.

All meals are offered, varied and healthy. Guillermo can make diets  for recipes.

It has a wide garden and  green space in the back of the house.

Lodging: Yanina´s Home

Yanina has 34 years old… she has a clothes design room… she´s very sociable and loves share with friends. Her house is very warm, has a fireplace, a nice park with three large pines, patio, three singles bedrooms.

Actually, she is living with María Jose, a chilean girl who is doing a graduate degree in sociology…

The bedrooms are very spacious and bright … have double bed, wardrobe and storage.  The bathroom has a bath….  The house has laundry room with washing machine and in the living room there are tv, dvd, stereo, armchair and puff. It has wi fi…

Lodging: Mara´s Home

Mara has a degree in Human Resources and currently she is studying  locution. Since 2004,  she shares her apartment with foreing people,  a very rewarding experience for her, because it is like traveling the world being at home.

She likes to share, not just the flat but a talk, a way out.  She like people to feel at home.

The apartment is located in the heart of the city, Bv. San Juan almost Cañada. It has a balcony, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and kitchen dining room. They can also access to Internet and laundry. The location is strategic, the heart of Córdoba. Area of clubs, bars and shoppings. Near downtown, the campus, the art market and the terminal of buses and minibuses.

Lodging: Norma´s Home

Norma is a psychologist, she speaks English and she lives  in a  spacius and cozy apartment located in front of the river which crosses the city.

It´s in front of the waterfront, 1 block from Parque Las Heras and 5 to the downtown. Numerous public transportation lines that pass through there.

The apartment has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and laundry. It has fridge / freezer, microwave, electric grill, washing machine, stereo, TV. All rooms have cable TV and Wi-Fi.

Twice a week a person cleans the house.  The building has concierge service and 24 hour security.

But beyond the quality of services provided by Mary, what the difference is the friendliness and warmth that welcomes guests.

Having a son living in Amsterdam and her several trips that led her to make the experience of receive foreing people in her house and really she enjoy it !!!!!!!!

Lodging: Enrique´s House

Enrique, 41, is a clerk in a factory… but he loves climbing and trekking…. He´s a mountain guide and often to stay friends from other parts of the world at his home… until he decided to have a sector of it to accommodate people who prefer this type of accommodation to a hotel… His  home has two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, patio and garden.

Lodging: Daniel´s House

Daniel studies Psychology, currently on his 5º year. He´s 25 years old and speaks English very well. He has friends in several countries after he took courses in a college in Norway with people from all around the world…. He loves  to meet people from differents cultures. He is also an apprentice of musician and journalist… He likes sports and outdoor life. When he finishes his studies he is planning to travel around before settling down in some place… it maybe will be in Córdoba again, where he has lived almost all of his life.

Lodging: Ana´s House

Ana is a 34-year-old girl who works with audio-visual means and teaches Thai Chi. She also trip for Europe, speaks English and lived two years in Spain.

The house is in Alta Córdoba a beautiful neighborhood with wide paths and many life, since about the square there are many pubs and restaurants. It´s big, comfortable and very pretty!

Lodging: Apartment without owners living there…

It has three bedrooms, two doubles and one single that is next to a nice courtyard… The apartment has also a kitchen completely equipped, a bathroom, other small courtyard, dining room, living room… with tv and wi fi.

The building is very quite and it´s site in the art market´s neighbourhood near to the centre and two blocks to Nueva Córdoba the liveliest zone of the city..

Lodging: Marcelo´s House

House in excellent condition, totally furnished and equipped. Excellent location in

the calm, elegant and traditional Neighborhood Cofico, to 10 blocks of the center.

Perfect location for whom they look for comfort and tranquility.

The house has 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 single), 1 living room, dining room, 2

bathrooms (1 with shower), kitchen, patio, garage, and 2 other rooms for various

uses (studying, watching TV, etc).
Lives in the house, Marcelo, 39, who works independently at a desk located in the 1st floor of the house.
Marcelo love to meet people from abroad since he himself has traveled a lot and likes languages. He speaks English, German and some French, Portuguese and Italian.

Lodging: My Home….

My name is Natalia. I´m 39 years old and I live with my little son, Giuseppe, who’s 3 years old.

I’m a yoga teacher (www.caminocosmico.wordpress.com) and also rent or find places for students and foreign people to live. I love my job.

We live close to the art market. The house is quiet and cozy.
